Why do i have to register to get access to parts of the web site?
We want to provide a valuable service for people using our products and our web site. One way to increase the level of service is to create user accounts for the users. This system is also the way for us to tell whether a visitor owns our products and is entitled to various downloads.

Will you give my user information away to other companies?
No! The information that you give us stays here and we will not give anything away to spam mailers or other companies.

I can't log in from my computer. Each time I try I get kicked out again. Why?
It sounds like you have set your browser not to accept cookies. The user site needs cookies to work and you will not be grated access if your browser does not accept cookies. Please allow your browser to accept cookies and try again.

Why do you use cookies? I don't like it when other people leave stuff on my hard drive.
The cookies we use expire every time you close your browser (unless you ask to stay logged in between sessions). We do not leave any information on your hard drive.
