As of September 1, 2005, Propellerhead Software officially terminated development of ReBirth RB-338. This date also marks the end of technical support for ReBirth. That's right, ReBirth is an unsupported product. Propellerhead does however offer this collection of FAQs which should help sort out most of the common problems.
Still, please bear in mind that the documents are old, very outdated in places, and occasionally cheeky - but we must consider that there's been a lot of water under the bridges. It's been said that in the computer world, evolution moves at ten times the normal speed, which would make the latest version of ReBirth about 70 "computer years" old... and so it is with parts of this FAQ archive. We have left the older support answers intact because users might want to dust off old computers running Windows 95/98, NT or Mac OS8/9 and put them to use as dedicated ReBirth hosts.
